Three names - one team
Our group of companies is divided into three companies:
HS Products Engineering develops and designs the products and handles project management until the customer order is completed. Approx. 70 employees work here to make the wishes of our customers a reality.
Mechanical production, tool and prototype construction and series production all take place under the TechProSystems umbrella. With approx. 110 employees, a wide range of technologies and modern machinery, we turn the ideas we develop into a finished product.
In Mexico, we have set up a second production site for our products with our partner company DEKOSYS. Here, 330 employees use a great deal of know-how, state-of-the-art technology and machinery to manufacture high-quality components for series production for the international vehicle market.
We rely on the exchange
It is important to us that we see ourselves as one big team. We exchange knowledge, information and culture with each other and offer all employees a playing field where they can further develop their skills and knowledge. Not only within the department, but also across departments and locations.
The same also applies to our projects. We employ all-rounders, who are familiar with all aspects of the individual projects. As a result, new employees benefit from the existing, comprehensive knowledge of our team. This is an integral part of our corporate culture.

The company
Finally, a few facts about us: HSPE has a history of over 40 years. We have two locations in Maisach near Munich and a close partner in Mexico in San Miguel de Allende. Together, a good 400 employees (currently approx. 500 employees) generated around EUR 56 million on 14,300 square meters of space in 2022. Our customers include the who’s who of vehicle manufacturers, especially in the premium segment.
From development and design to laboratory & testing, tool and mold making, through to the manufacture of prototypes and series production, all process steps are in our hands. Our focus is on kinematic and servo-mechanical assemblies and comfort systems. We also have proven expertise in the consideration of safety aspects and surface finishes.
Innovation is our heartbeat: The research and testing of new materials, the further development of technologies and sustainable mobility are the topics we are working on today in order to implement the solutions of tomorrow.
